Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into a Lease Agreement Between the City of Allen and Texoma Area Paratransit System (TAPS) to Provide for the Lease of City-Owned Property to TAPS for Administrative Office Space and Parking of TAPS Vehicles.
 
  5.
Receive the Proposed 2014-2015 City Budget and the Proposed 2015-2019 Capital Improvement Program.
 
  6.
Receive the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Status Reports.
 
  7.
Receive the Summary of Property Tax Collections as of June 2014.
