Adopt a Resolution Relating to the “Allen Economic Development Corporation Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2010A” and “Allen Economic Development Corporation Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Taxable Series 2010B”; Approving (i) the Resolution of the Allen Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) Authorizing the Issuance of Such Bonds and (ii) the Execution, on Behalf of the City, of the Financing/Use Agreement Relating to Such Financing by the Corporation; Resolving other Matters Incident and Related to the Issuance of Such Bonds; and Providing an Effective Date.
