  1. Citizens' Comments.  [The City Council invites citizens to speak to the Council on any topic not on the agenda or not already scheduled for Public Hearing. Prior to the meeting, please complete a "Public Meeting Appearance Card" and present it to the City Secretary. The time limit is three minutes per speaker, not to exceed a total of fifteen minutes for all speakers.]

Presentation of a Proclamation by the Office of the Mayor:

  • Presentation of a Proclamation to Amanda Minsky Proclaiming September 2010 as Forever Angels Pageant Month.

Approve Minutes of the August 13-15, 2010, Budget Workshop.

Adopt an Ordinance Amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, 'Health and Environment', In Order to Establish the Environmental Health Code.

 
  6.

Adopt an Ordinance Abandoning the Prescriptive Right-of-Way of County Road 149, from Ridgeview Drive to Old County Road 150, to the Adjacent Property Owners.
 
  7.

Adopt an Ordinance Approving and Enacting Supplement No. 6 to the Allen Land Development Code.

 
  8.

Approve the Proposed Location for the Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm LED Pylon Sign.
 
  9.
Receive the Summary of Property Tax Collections as of July 2010.
 
  10. Receive the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Status Reports.
