Adopt a Resolution Appointing Dan Bowman, Interim Executive Director of the Allen Economic Development Corporation, to Fill the Unexpired Term of Office in Place 6 of the Board of Directors for Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Reinvestment Zone No. 1 (Garden District).

Receive the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Status Reports.
