Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Apply For, Accept, Reject, Alter, or Terminate a One-Year Grant from the State of Texas, Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division to Fund a Mental Health Coordinator.

Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Apply For, Accept, Reject, Alter, or Terminate a Grant from the State of Texas, Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division to Fund Body Worn Cameras for Police Officers.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a One-Year Contract with Medical Center of Plano for Medical Physical Evaluations for Incumbent Fire Department Personnel for an Estimated Annual Expenditure of $63,200 with Four (4) One-Year Renewal Options.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with NACC, Inc. in the Amount of $72,900 for the Exchange Parkway Sidewalk Project and Establish a Project Budget in the Amount of $85,000.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions (ACIS) in the Amount of $157,568.15 to Provide and Install New Fan Power Box Heating and Cooling Units for the Municipal Courts/Parks & Recreation Building.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with WHECO Electric, Inc. in the Amount of $279,000 for an Upgrade to the City's Water and Wastewater Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System and Establish a Project Budget in the Amount of $390,000.
