Approve Minutes of the August 20, 2019, August 21, 2019, August 22, 2019, and September 14, 2019 City Council and Council Nominating Committee Meetings.

Approve Minutes of the September 10, 2019, Regular City Council Meeting.

 
5.

Adopt an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 3653-4-19 to Correct a Scrivener's Error Relating to the Designated Number for the Specific Use Permit Granted by Said Ordinance. 

 
6.

Adopt a Resolution Approving an Agreement with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP for the Collection of Delinquent Taxes.

 
7.

Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with US Digital Designs, Inc. for the Central Fire Station Remodel and Expansion Project's Fire Alerting System in the Amount of $102,623.

 
8.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with DataProse, LLC for Utility Bill Printing, Mailing and Offset Printing Services in the Annual Amount of $225,000 with Four (4) Optional One-Year Renewals.

 
9.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with World Fiber Technologies, LLC for the Construction of the Bethany Drive and Heritage Parkway Traffic Signal Improvement Project in the Amount of $247,345.

 
10.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with L.J. Design & Construction, LLC for the Construction of Twin Creeks Civic Space Renovation in the Amount of $437,757.

 
11.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with FS360, LLC as the Primary Vendor and KT Contracting - Concrete Series, LLC and CI Pavement as the Secondary Vendors for On-Call Concrete Repair and Trail Maintenance in the Annual Amount of $1,500,000 with Two (2) Optional One-Year Renewals.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Purchase of Expanded Personal Protective Equipment for Allen Fire Department Personnel from Casco Industries, Inc. and Delta Industrial Service & Supply in the Amount of $145,000.

 
13.

Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Purchase of Beverage Products from Andrews Distributing for Retail Sale at Allen Event Center and The Courses at Watters Creek in the Amount of $133,995.

 
14.

Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Purchase of Food and Beverage Products from Ben E. Keith for Retail Sale at Allen Event Center and The Courses at Watters Creek in the Amount of $216,300.

 
15.

Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Purchase of Beverage Products from FinTech.net for Retail Sale at Allen Event Center and The Courses at Watters Creek in the Amount of $215,565.

 
16.

Accept the Resignation of Ken Barry and Declare a Vacancy in Place No. 2 on the Board of Adjustment/Building and Standards Commission/Sign Control Board.

Confirm Appointments of Councilmembers as Liaisons to City Boards and Commissions as Nominated by Mayor Terrell.
